Garlic Fingers @ GarlicFingers.com

Garlic fingers is an Atlantic Canadian dish, much similar to a pizza in shape and size, and made with the same type of dough.

Instead of the traditional tomato sauce and toppings, it is garnished with melted butter, garlic and cheese. Seasonings, like parsley, may also be added.

It is often eaten as a side dish with pizza, dipped in donair sauce. Instead of being cut in triangular slices, they are presented in thin strips, or "fingers".

It can be topped with bacon bits and is often eaten with donair sauce.

I make a good pizza crust in the bread maker. I will have to try this. I have never tried one but we have them too. I could make a meal out of one of those. If we lived close to each other we might be the butt sisters. Eating all the time. lol

Last time I bought pizza, they had some kind of special offer so we got garlic fingers with the pizza. It looked like a full sized pizza, cut up in thin wedges...
Next time ... which is not far away ... I'll take a pic.
