Colors

Today I found something that I've been searching and wishing for -- a Google Chrome extension EyeDropper tool

I while back I had a stand-alone tool called EyeDropper but that wouldn't work with Vista or Win7 ... it was never updated. It was so useful, I often see colors on webpages that I want to find the #code of, and without that tool it's a little hassle.

While I was searching/waiting for this, I was thinking it's a shame that I don't know anyone who writes code so that I could suggest it...

I was going to suggest Instant Eyedropper which goes to your system tray and you right click and click on the html then drag it to your page to get the color but it looks like it only goes as high as XP.

I find it odd that none of them have updated for Vista or higher.

I found this. Would this work with a suggestion to Chrome. It says scripts are free. http://www.free-color-picker.com/ Would that apply?

I'm very pleased with this Chrome extension that I found. It works like a breeze.

It was Instant Eyedropper that I had before. It is not upgraded for Vista or Win7...
